Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all Florastor tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, sellable condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
